Final Call is a pop punk/alternative rock band from Long Island, New York. The band’s lineup consists of Pat Carroll on lead vocals and rhythm guitar, Greg Diem on lead guitar, Evan Brandow on drums, and Josh Roiland on bass guitar. Final Call has been significantly influenced by a variety of artists across the spectrum of rock and roll, including bands such as Green Day, Blink-182, Yellowcard, Linkin Park, Avenged Sevenfold, State Champs, Neck Deep, Weezer, Panic! At the Disco, Nirvana, My Chemical Romance, Pearl Jam, the Beatles, the Story so Far, and the Foo Fighters.

Final Call first formed in 2012, when Pat and Greg met each other on the Saint Anthony’s High School cross country team. They immediately bonded over a shared love of rock and roll and inevitably started jamming after cross country practices. Upon reaching their junior year of high school, the duo decided that they wanted to perform in the Saint Anthony’s Variety Show as a full band. They recruited fellow cross country friend, Evan Brandow, to play the drums, regardless of the fact that he had never played drums and did not own a drum kit. They also reached out to Greg’s childhood friend, Josh Roiland, to play bass guitar even though he went to a different high school and had never played bass guitar.

After a month of rigorous rehearsal, the band decided to play Green Day’s “Wake Me Up When September Ends” in front of a crowd of over 1,000 people at the Variety Show. An overwhelmingly positive crowd response and standing ovation convinced the four friends that they had found something special. They decided to name the band "Final Call", which is a commonly used saying at cross country and track meets, where the four guys originally bonded and became best friends.

Since their first show in 2014, Final Call has played dozens of gigs across Long Island, including headlining shows at Revolution Music Hall and a finalist performance in Northwell Health’s Talent Competition. The band was also nominated as a top 10 finalist in Newsday’s Battle of the Bands Competition. Final Call prides themselves on taking after their idols and putting on very energetic, lively shows while still maintaining excellent sound quality.

In 2016, Final Call released an EP entitled “What Lies Ahead”, which received several very positive reviews and has reached fans in places as far as Indonesia and Ireland. In preparation for their sophomore EP, Final Call released 2 singles in 2017 and 2018. Their second EP, "Suburban Summer", was released in October, 2018. This record has received acclaim from both fans and critics alike. Their song, "Farewell", was even put on 2 official Spotify playlists entitled "New Punk Tracks" and "Pop Punk's Not Dead" with 400,000 combined listeners. Although the four best friends all go to different colleges, they still maintain constant contact and use every break as a chance to play live shows and record their new material.

The band would like to thank their family, friends, fans, and favorite bands for all of the love and support that they have given in the past few years. The band would also like to reach out to any record labels or producers who can help them make their dream of making music for the world a reality.
